The Japan Rail Hokkaido Pass offers unlimited travel by train on all railway lines belonging to Hokkaido Railways Co, but excludes bus lines belonging to Hokkaido Bus, Sapporo-Kiroro, Sapporo-Erimo and Hiroo lines and non-regular lines.
You will also be charged an additional fee if you use the Twinkle Bus (reservation must be made before boarding the bus).
