The park is divided into 4 zones: zones 1, 2 and 3 make up the extraordinary free-flight zones, including the Hornbill Park, which is the park’s main feature. This unique environment closely resembles the birds’ natural habitat with numerous suitable nesting sites, encouraging the birds to breed naturally. In Zone 4 the birds are housed in separate cages and mini aviaries.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO :

• You cannot redeem your voucher at the KL bird park counter

• You must present your voucher to the driver in exchange for a physical ticket

• Your driver will pass you the entry ticket after you have arrived at the park

• This tour is not private and may include other guests

• No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.

• This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus)

• Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to contacted during the travel period

• It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.

• Please keep your belongings and try not to bring valuables, you will be responsible for all damages and loss.

• Pick up time and driver details shall update to you 1 day before activity day in the evening time by email. Please check your email (inbox/spam mailbox)  1 day before (after 8pm)

• During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

3. As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
4. For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash
