Named after the traditional Balinese Saka calendar, SAKA bridges the island’s ancestral wisdom and its living culture. Inspired by Tri Hita Karana—the harmony between humans, nature, and the divine, it provides a contemplative and immersive experience for all ages.

SAKA is nestled within a serene forested pond and shaped to resemble a glowing “moon on water.” It was named one of the World’s Most Beautiful Museums 2025 for its sustainable, culturally grounded design.

Last entry is at 5:30 PM. In case of special events, opening hours may be adjusted. Any schedule changes will be announced on the SAKA website and social media.
Things to note
- Big bags, flash photography, selfie sticks and tripods are not allowed in the museum
- Please dress respectfully and bring warm clothing as the museum can be cold
- All children under 12 years old must be supervised by adult at all times
- Pets are not allowed on the premises

- Infants (0-5 years old) are admitted for free.
- Children (6-17 years old), Adults (18 years and older) must purchase tickets.
- Students are required to show ID at the ticket counter.

- Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 months from the purchase date. Email rsvp@sakamuseum.org to reschedule.
- In the case of special events, opening hours will be adjusted accordingly, and visitors can reschedule their visit. Changes will be announced on the SAKA website and social media.
- Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold, transferred or used for promotional, commercial, or fundraising purposes without prior written permission from SAKA Museum.
