Admission
- Ticket is valid for Malaysian and non-Malaysian tourists.
- Ticket is valid for one-time entry only.
- A valid ticket must be presented to gain admission. Entry is only permitted within the validity period stated on the ticket.
- Entry will not be allowed for tickets that are invalid, redeemed, collected, consumed, lost, or expired. Tickets will not be replaced and no refund will be provided.
- The attraction reserves the right to request personal identification or proof of nationality before granting admission. Access may be denied if ticket conditions of sale have not been met.
Eligibility
- Child below 3 years old or below 90 cm in height is free of charge.
- A surcharge of RM 20.00 (Adult) or RM 16.00 (Child) will be imposed on customers who fail to present their Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad/MyKid) during redemption of Malaysian ticket category.
- The attraction reserves the right to determine Child, Infant, Youth, Senior, or Adult ticket age range and may request proof of age before admission.
Attraction Access

- The attraction reserves the right to change operating days, hours, and last admission times without prior notice.
