- If you have selected the "4 Adults" option, "Per Child" option cannot be added on The water held within the pools is vastly rainwater, collected from our roof-tops as well as spring water from a spring on-site
- Any shortfall is substituted from Lake Wakatipu water
- The water is replaced constantly throughout the day in order to keep the water as fresh as possible and is constantly circulates through a sand filter to trap suspended particles The mineral content of the pool water is very low so jewellery should not be affected
- However, it is recommended to remove jewellery to avoid losing items in the pool If you wish to cancel a booking please provide at least 48 hours’ notice As Onsen is a close contact business, when Queenstown moves to the COVID-19 Protection Framework “Traffic Light” system, we will require all guests to be vaccinated
- At the time of booking your experience, we will require confirmation that all guests associated with the booking are double vaccinated against COVID-19
