- The Park is closed every Tuesday, except on Malaysian Public Holidays

- Ticket categories are defined by height or age as follows: Standard/Adult: Guests above 110cm in height

- Guests with Disabilities: Guests with valid disability certificates
- Wrong ticket purchases will require a top-up surcharge based on the On-Site (Walk-In) rate, collected prior to park admission
- Customers must contact their original purchase channel for any ticket-related issues
- Rainy Day Guarantee applies only to eligible ticket types and valid purchase channels
- Attraction Access Subject to rides and attractions availability on the day of visit

- Customer is only able to book the Virtual Queue (VQ) reservation after customer scan at the turnstile on their actual visit date.
- Customer is to scan the QR code at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park’s turnstile, register biometric before enter to the park.
- For customer that do not download the Genting SkyWorlds App, they MUST retain their admission ticket for multiple entry to the park.
- Please be aware - Do not activate or link your ticket codes until you are at the attraction. Activating them in advance may lead to the tickets expiring.
