- Advance booking is required at least 7 working days in advance and confirmation will be on a first-come first-served basis, subject to guide availability
- Rates apply to overseas students group only
- Rates include 45 minutes guided tour, certificate of completion, A4 Sustainability Tour Information handout and admission to Flower Dome and Cloud Forest
- Each tour is fixed group size of 20 participants
- There will be no refund in-lieu of lesser number of guests in-attendance on the day, cancellation, or postponement of tour
- Tours are strictly capped at maximum of 20 pax per group and are conducted in English Language Maximum number of pax per tour slot is (3 groups of 20 pax), subject to guide’s availability

- A TA representative/tour leader is defined as an individual employed by or acting on behalf of the authorised TA to coordinate and/or manage its tour group(s) onsite at GB. The TA representative/tour leader must present the following items to be entitled to the handstamp and as proof of identity:
a. 15 valid admission tickets (e-ticket/ physical) from the authorised TA; and
b. Group manifest on TA’s company letterhead indicating the individual’s name and identified as “TA representative/tour leader” within the manifest (soft copy/physical copy) OR letter of authorisation and/or tour leader’s pass/identification document.
