- If the minimum number is not met before the scheduled departure, the activity on that date may be canceled
- You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund - The operator may cancel this activity anytime for safety reasons
- In this case, a full refund will be provided - All participants must follow the rules discussed in the safety briefing
- Participants that endanger themselves or others in any way will not be allowed to continue with the activity, and no refund will be issued - The snowmobiles are insured with a liability of up to EUR1,000
- That means that the driver of the snowmobile will have to pay up to EUR1,000 on the spot to cover damages
