Peserta wajib mengikuti jalur dan rute yang telah ditentukan oleh guide.
Kerusakan ATV akibat kelalaian atau tindakan peserta menjadi tanggung jawab peserta sesuai ketentuan operator.
Aktivitas dapat dihentikan atau rute dapat disesuaikan apabila terjadi cuaca buruk, kondisi jalur tidak aman, atau keadaan force majeure.
Peserta disarankan menggunakan pakaian yang nyaman dan siap kotor/basah.
Barang berharga dan barang elektronik harap diamankan sebelum aktivitas. Kehilangan atau kerusakan akibat kelalaian pribadi bukan tanggung jawab operator.
