How to use
- Pre-book before visiting: Send your preferred buggy usage time, pickup location, drop-off location, and travel direction through the Peaktime Phu Quoc KakaoTalk Channel.
- You will receive a KakaoTalk notification within 1 day after booking.
- Arrive at the confirmed meeting point at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time.

- The buggy cannot wait for an extended period
- Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show
- To request a time change, contact the KakaoTalk channel at least 3 hours before the scheduled service time
- Each buggy accommodates a maximum of 7 passengers
- Groups of more than 7 passengers must book additional buggies
- Reverse-direction transfers are available upon advance request
- Travel time may vary due to traffic, weather, and local operating conditions
- Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian
