The pickup time may change (possible start of the tour between 5:30 AM and 1:30 PM), please consider this in your plans. You can select a preferred time, but it cannot be guaranteed. In rare cases, the departure may be earlier or later than the indicated window, so please plan accordingly.
The pace and duration of the tours are determined by the memorial's visitor service. Unfortunately, GetYourGuide and your guide have no influence on the duration of the break times
If online reservations for Auschwitz are not available, guests might need to queue for tickets. Waiting times depend on visitor volume, and neither the Museum nor the tour operator can influence this.
In case of cancellations due to circumstances beyond the operator’s control, a full refund will be issued.
