What to expect

Make your way to the Harder Kulm funicular station in Interlaken and board using your pre-booked ticket. The carriage climbs steadily up the mountainside, with the valley opening up behind you as you gain height.

Step out at the top and explore at your own pace. The Two Lakes Bridge is the highlight — a lofty platform positioned for uninterrupted views down over Lake Thun on one side and Lake Brienz on the other, with mountain scenery stretching out beyond.

Spend as long as you'd like at the viewpoint before making your way back to the station for the return descent to Interlaken. There's no fixed itinerary, so the visit runs entirely on your own timing.
