Ticket Eligibility

• The performance is held every Saturday only. The ticket is valid solely for the selected Saturday date. Entry on any other date or day of the week is strictly not permitted.
• Infants below 1 year of age are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult. No ticket purchase is required for infants in this age group.
• Tickets are available across multiple admission categories. Accurate guest details must be provided at the time of booking to ensure the correct ticket type is selected.
• Tickets are non-transferable and for the registered guest only. They may not be resold, shared, or passed on to any other person under any circumstances.
• Advance booking is strongly recommended as seating capacity at Taksu Art Stage is strictly limited and Saturday performances are popular with both locals and international visitors.

• The show runs from 19:00 to 20:00 WITA (approximately 60 minutes with no intermission). Guests are advised to be seated at least 15–20 minutes before the performance begins.
• Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter the seating area once the performance has commenced, to avoid disturbing other guests during the show.
• Seating is assigned based on the ticket category purchased. Seat changes or upgrades cannot be made on the day of the performance at the venue.
• Guests must present their valid booking confirmation or e-ticket at the venue entrance. Entry without valid confirmation may be refused by venue staff on the night.

• The Cipta Rwa Loka performance is an open-air production at Taksu Art Stage. Guests are advised to bring insect repellent and a light layer for the evening conditions in Nusa Dua.
• Guests are encouraged to dress respectfully in keeping with the cultural nature of the performance. Smart casual attire is recommended for the evening show.
• Photography for personal non-commercial use is welcome. Flash photography and video recording during the performance may be restricted — follow staff and signage guidance.
• Outside food and beverages may not be permitted inside the performance venue. Guests are advised to confirm current policy with the operator before arrival on the night.
• The performance features traditional Balinese dance, music, and cultural storytelling. The show is conducted without narration and is accessible to guests of all backgrounds.

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, except in cases of performance cancellation initiated by the organiser.
• In the event of an organiser-initiated cancellation due to weather or extraordinary circumstances, guests will be notified and offered rescheduling or a refund accordingly.
• The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme, performance content, or running order at any time without prior notice to ticket holders.
• The performance may be affected by rain or extreme weather as Taksu Art Stage is an outdoor venue. The organiser's decision on weather-related matters is final.
• The organiser and venue accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during attendance at Cipta Rwa Loka or within the Taksu Art Stage premises.

• By hotel shuttle: Many Nusa Dua hotels offer evening transfers within The Nusa Dua complex. Guests are advised to arrange this with hotel staff in advance of the Saturday performance.
• By taxi: Hotel-arranged taxis are readily available across Bali. Share the Maps link with the driver and confirm the drop-off point at the Taksu Art Stage entrance before departure.
• Guests are advised to arrive by 18:40 WITA at the latest to complete ticket verification, find their seats, and settle in before the 19:00 WITA performance begins.
