Ticket Validity
- This ticket is valid only for the selected date and sailing.

- Children aged 12 and above are charged at the adult rate.

Boarding & Sailing
- Guests are advised to arrive at least 45 minutes before sailing to allow sufficient time for check-in.
- The vessel operates on a fixed schedule and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
Operations & Safety
- The safety of our guests is our highest priority. Sailing schedules, routes, and itineraries may be delayed, modified, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, government regulations, or operational requirements.
- In the event of force majeure, bookings may be rescheduled to the next available sailing date, subject to availability. Refunds are not applicable.
