- Please arrive at your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
- A member of staff will contact you by 2:30 AM (local time) on the date of travel.
- Please present the mobile number used for the booking, your full name, passport, and e-confirmation at the designated meeting point on the day of your trip.
- Please also bring the identification document used to make the booking for verification purposes.
