• In the summer season, we provide each of our tourists with a free neck fan with cold air, so that in hot weather they can cool down and feel comfortable throughout the tour.
• In the winter season, we also provide our tourists with free warm and touch gloves, and for an additional fee you can buy very warm socks.

We will be waiting for you at Baitursynov 104 with a van with Panda stickers.
Opposite the Astana International Hotel (large bus stop). There will be a Barbero hairdresser near the bus stop.

The company is not responsible for rainy weather and conducts the tour regardless of weather conditions. Before the start of the tour, the tourist has the right to reschedule the tour to another date.
Meet your guide in Almaty early in the morning and board your comfortable minibus. Ride in comfort to your first stop, Lake Kolsai. Spend about 2.0 hours strolling around this stunning lake and learning about the area. If you wish, take a boat or catamaran ride around the lake (not included).
Once you've finished exploring, indulge in a delicious meal at a local cafe (not included). Enjoy traditional fare, including pilaf, Lagman, manti, shish kebab, and salads, before continuing to Lake Kaindy in a Soviet-era UAZ minibus.
Spend some time admiring the spruce forest and the crystal-clear water. Pay an additional fee onsite to ride horses to the lake from the nearby village.
Next, head to your final stops, the canyons. For several hours, learn about the fascinating geological features that make Charyn Canyon and Black Canyon unique. Admire the grandiose cliffs, gorges, and bright red rock formations in Charyn Canyon.
Continue to Black Canyon, filled with black rocks and large caves, before finishing at Moon Canyon (summer season), a mysterious and magical location with a moon-like surface, before returning to Almaty.

There are no child seats on the UAZ bus. Please bring your own if your child requires one.
To take advantage of the extra offered, you must pay in cash onsite in tenge.
Lunch at the cafe costs around 5000 tenge (10 USD) per person
Optional 2 km horseback ride costs 8000 tenge (around 15 USD) per person
Optional 30 minute boat tour (5 people) or catamaran tour (4 people) costs 10000 (around 20 USD)
