What to expect
Welcome to a unique arctic adventure from Haparanda and Tornio!
Your Icebreaker Sampo experience includes a 3,5 - 4 hour icebreaker cruise, round-trip transfers from Haparanda or Tornio to the harbor in Kemi, a non-alcoholic welcome drink, a guided tour of the ship, ice floating, and walking on the frozen sea (weather permitting), lunch on board, a certificate of participation. Onboard, you’ll find warm lounges and a café-restaurant for your comfort. Your cruise ticket also includes access to exhibitions and experiences at the SnowCastle area.
Please note: the cruise is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Minimum height for the ice floating activity is 140 cm.
Lunch in legendary restaurant of Icebreaker Sampo includes in the price of afternoon cruise (at 13:30 pm).

Inside of the Icebreaker it is warm, but with appropriate clothing you will also be able to go outside on the deck to experience the arctic scenery. It is also a good idea to bring your sunglasses with you, especially in springtime when it can be very bright as the snow reflects the sunlight.
