After hotel pick-up, travel approximately one hour to the Kazungula Border, where your guide assists with Botswana immigration formalities. In the afternoon, enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge or Chobe Marina Lodge before heading out on an exciting open 4x4 game drive in Chobe National Park. Minor Travel Requirements (Accompanied by One Parent / Others)
Single Parent (One Parent on Birth Certificate):
If only one parent’s details appear on the unabridged birth certificate, an affidavit from the non-traveling parent is required.
The affidavit must be certified by a Commissioner of Oaths.
Divorced or Legally Separated Parent:
If a parent has full parental responsibilities and rights (sole custody/legal guardianship), proof of this must be provided (e.g., court order).
Widow or Widower Traveling with a Minor:
A death certificate of the deceased parent is required.
Minor Traveling with a Person Who Is Not a Parent/Guardian:
Written consent (affidavit/letter) from both parents is required.
Copies of parents’ identification documents should be included.
If Both Parents Are Deceased:
Death certificates of both parents must be provided.
