The WFC Huixian Lou Observation Deck is located on the 73rd to 75th floors of WFC. It was officially unveiled on June 8, 2017, perfectly presenting the past and present life of Huixian Lou. WFC Huixian Tower Observation Deck, 590 meters above sea level, is the highest high-rise observation deck in western China and the highest open-air high-rise observation deck in China. WFC Huixianlou Observation Deck is located in the core area of Yuzhong Peninsula, the mother city of Chongqing. It is the closest observation deck to the Liberation Monument. It echoes the iconic landscapes such as Chongqing Grand Theater and Nanbin Road, whether traveling from south to north. Tourists, as well as local citizens, can easily reach it by light rail, bus or other means of transportation. There are more than 800 parking spaces in the underground garage, making it convenient for self-driving travel.

The WFC Huixian Tower Observation Deck is located on floors 73-75 of Chongqing World Financial Center WFC. In its previous life, WFC was the Huixian Tower, the tallest building in Chongqing. It was built in the 1980s and was the first tall building in Chongqing to be higher than the Jiefang Monument. The location of Huixian Tower was previously known as Huixian Bridge. In the 1920s, it was the birthplace of Chongqing's fashion industry. High-end shopping malls such as the Old Paris Barber Shop, Queen's Ballroom, and Xinxin Cafe emerged.
On the 73rd floor of the WFC Huixian Tower Observation Deck, a large number of old photos and old maps of Chongqing are displayed. The mottled old times are concentrated in each photo frame, showing the changes in Chongqing history and the past life of Huixian Tower from the perspective of time and space. In this life, Chongqing’s urban charm has been fully revealed.
