What to expect
Set out on a speedboat tour that combines Boka Bay’s most iconic sightseeing with a cinematic “secret history” moment. Your route includes Our Lady of the Rocks, a swim stop at the Blue Cave, and a visit to the submarine tunnels once used to shelter military vessels.
Start with Our Lady of the Rocks, the famous church on an artificial island near Perast. Hear the local legend of two brothers who discovered a Madonna and Child icon - an event that inspired the island and church built on this very spot.
From there, cruise through the bay’s dramatic scenery, including the narrow Verige Strait, before heading toward the outer bay. You’ll pass Mamula Island, known for its striking fortress history, and continue along the coastline of the Luštica Peninsula.
Next comes the highlight for many guests: the pristine Blue Cave. To protect the natural environment, a new local regulation keeps all motorized boat engines outside the cave, meaning you get a peaceful experience free from noise and exhaust fumes. We will anchor safely just 10–20 meters from the entrance, allowing strong and confident swimmers to glide right into the cave to witness the famous, glowing blue water up close.
On the way back toward Kotor, step into a different chapter of the bay’s story as you enter the Old Submarine tunnels - a memorable, atmospheric stop that feels worlds away from the usual boat route.

Our Lady of the Rocks: Church hours vary seasonally (closing 17:00–19:00). The island remains open even if the church/museum is closed. Dress code: swimwear is not permitted inside the church; please bring a cover-up. Skip-the-line does not apply here as entry is usually quick.
Blue Cave Entry: Motorized boats are prohibited inside the cave to protect nature. We anchor 10–20m outside so you can swim in. Life jackets are provided; bring a waterproof phone case!
Weather Policy: Tours may be canceled or rescheduled if sea conditions are unsafe.
What to Wear: It can feel chilly on the water in spring/autumn, bring a light jacket.
Parking in Kotor: Summer parking is very limited; please arrive early if driving.
