This is the world's only officially licensed Game of Thrones Studio Tour, located at Linen Mill Studios in Banbridge, Northern Ireland, where the series was filmed across all 8 seasons.
This option includes a return coach transfer from Suffolk Street in Dublin city centre. The journey takes around 90 minutes each way. One departure time daily, with the return from the Studio Tour at 3:00 PM.
You don't need to be a fan to get a lot out of this. The Studio Tour is as much about how a global television production actually works as it is about the show itself. The sets, the costumes, the props, the visual effects, the design process: it's all here, explained through the work of the craftspeople who built it.
The sets were preserved exactly as they were when filming ended. Walk through the actual Great Hall of Winterfell where Jon Snow was proclaimed King in the North, stand in Dragonstone's war room where Daenerys planned her campaign, and enter the throne room of King's Landing. Nothing is a replica.
Across 15 sets and galleries, you'll see over 150 original screen-worn costumes and thousands of props, including Jon Snow's sword Longclaw, Arya's Needle, and the real Iron Throne.
Interactive areas let you try green screen visual effects, handle replica weapons, and explore original production sketches, storyboards, and scripts. These work well for families and for anyone curious about how television gets made.
The tour is fully self-guided so you set the pace. Finish at the world's largest Game of Thrones shop, with exclusive merchandise unavailable anywhere else. The onsite cafe and restaurant offer themed dining including a Game of Thrones afternoon tea.
