1. The weight of a single passenger must not exceed 100 kg.
2. Please be sure to bring your valid ID on the day of the experience (only mainland Chinese ID card, household registration (hukou), military ID, armed police ID, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, or passport are accepted).
3. Individuals with the following health conditions are not recommended to participate in the flight experience, otherwise they will be at their own risk. a. Pregnant women and those with mobility impairments; b. Cardiovascular disease patients such as hypertension; c. Cerebrovascular disease patients such as cerebral embolism; d. Respiratory disease patients; e. Psychiatric patients such as epilepsy; f. Severe anemia patients; g. Patients in recovery from major or medium surgeries; h. Other conditions that may pose risks due to emotional excitement.
4. Infants (under 2 years old) cannot board the flight. Children (2-12 years old) must be accompanied by an adult. Child fares are the same as adult fares for this item.
5. Travelers aged 60 or above must provide a contact person's phone number and sign a guarantee letter. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or a temporary guardian designated by their parents. If minors travel without parental accompaniment, all adult travelers in the same group will be considered temporary guardians responsible for supervising and caring for the minors throughout the trip. Any accidents resulting from failure to disclose such information will be the sole responsibility of the travelers involved.
6. During the activity, follow the instructions of airport staff and stay within designated areas. Do not tamper with aircraft components or other airport facilities without permission. Participants will be held responsible for any dangers or losses caused by failure to comply with these instructions.
7. Dangerous items such as flammable, explosive materials, and weapons are prohibited on board. To ensure flight safety, electronic devices including mobile phones and cameras are strictly forbidden.
8. Do not unfasten your seat belt, touch any equipment switches in the cabin, or open the cabin cover without permission during ground taxiing and flight.
9. Do not approach the aircraft after the engine starts and avoid staying near the tail.
10. During the flight, temporary air traffic control may require shortening the duration for immediate landing, or weather conditions may necessitate an early return. These are common practices in the sightseeing flight industry and constitute uncontrollable factors.

If you proceed with the booking directly and are unable to experience the activity as planned due to the aforementioned reasons (including but not limited to severe weather, attraction closures, airspace restrictions, or fully booked time slots), we will promptly communicate with you to arrange a free rescheduling or full refund. Please understand that these situations are beyond our control, and no additional compensation beyond rescheduling or refund will be provided. 1. Travel notice
Safety first: This is a high-risk experience activity. Please follow the captain and staff's instructions at all times and strictly adhere to flight safety regulations.
Child supervision: Minors must be accompanied by a parent throughout the experience. Parents must supervise their children properly, prohibiting them from entering the flight zone alone or touching equipment.
Health notice: Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnancy, epilepsy, vertigo, acrophobia, recent surgery, alcohol intoxication, or physical discomfort are strictly prohibited from participating. Concealing health conditions will be at your own risk.
Emergency handling: In case of physical discomfort or emergencies, please stay calm and contact the pilot or staff immediately for assistance.
2. Important notes
Follow instructions: Unauthorized entry to the runway, apron, and equipment areas is strictly prohibited. Horseplay on the apron is also strictly forbidden.
Boarding regulations: Fasten your seat belt immediately after boarding and follow the pilot's instructions throughout the flight. Do not touch any buttons or switches in the cabin. Remain seated with your seat belt fastened during the flight - do not stand up, change seats, or unfasten your seat belt.
Item storage: Please keep your electronic devices and valuables safe. During the flight, hold them firmly to prevent slipping. It is recommended to attach straps to devices such as mobile phones and cameras.
Dress code: Comfortable and fitted clothes are recommended. Avoid wearing items like wide-brimmed hats or scarves that can easily be blown away by the wind. Females should not wear high heels.
ID requirement: Please bring your original ID card for security check and boarding verification.
Arrive on time: Please arrive at the flight base at least 30 minutes in advance to complete security checks, weighing, and safety briefing procedures. Late arrival due to personal reasons resulting in inability to board will be considered as voluntary forfeiture, with no refund provided.
3. Change and cancellation policy
In case of flight cancellation due to force majeure such as severe weather, air traffic control restrictions, or mechanical failure, you may choose to reschedule for free or receive a full refund. Our company will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred, including round-trip transportation and accommodation.
No refunds or changes will be provided for cancellations due to personal reasons (such as being late, last-minute cancellation, concealing health conditions, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.

3. Experience method: After you place the booking, our customer support will contact you to add WeChat and send the specific location and reception phone number. (The post-booking travel reminder includes customer support contact info, you can also proactively add them).
4. Experience note: In case of force majeure factors such as weather, restrictions, or attraction-related issues preventing the experience on the day, free refund or rescheduling is available with no additional compensation.
5. Language note: Foreign friends can experience the service if they have translation assistance or understand Chinese. On-site receptionists or service staff can accommodate customers speaking multiple languages from various countries, but may need to use translation devices as not all staff are verbally fluent. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept this condition by default!
6. ID requirement: All passengers must bring their original ID/passport to pass airport security checks. Children without an ID can bring their household registration (hukou). Fixed-wing aircraft experience requires participants to be at least 16 years old.
