After booking successfully, please enter the official Chimelong online reservation page below in advance, input the ticket code, and complete the online park entry reservation: https://xzx.chimelong.com/scenicReserve
Your reservation is successful and the QR code is generated, which means your ticket has been successfully obtained. Present the QR code for verification on the day of your visit.
Once you complete the reservation via the booking link and generate the QR code, the booking cannot be canceled. Please take note.
Please take the ID used for booking for verification during your trip.

Regular opening hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Please refer to on-site notices for any schedule adjustments.
1. For public safety, all visitors (audience members) entering Chimelong theme parks and circus performance venues must undergo security checks. Please proactively open your personal bags for inspection. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled items, flammable/explosive materials, or other prohibited items as stipulated by laws and regulations into the park (venue).
2. To ensure the safety of animals in the park, except for infant food and a reasonable amount of drinking water for personal consumption, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Birds Park, and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom prohibit visitors from bringing in any other food or beverages. For other Chimelong theme parks (including Chimelong Happy World, Chimelong Water Park, etc.) and circus venues, visitors (audience members) may bring food and beverages for personal consumption, but are not allowed to bring in food that requires heating, reheating, processing, refrigeration, or temperature control (such as instant noodles that require hot water or self-heating meals), food with strong odors (such as durian), or any other food unsuitable for entry into the park.
3. Some facilities have height and physical requirements. Visitors should assess their health condition before participating.
4. For the safety of other children, family-friendly safety ropes are not allowed in the park, and selfie sticks are prohibited on amusement rides as well as in gatherings and crowded areas.
In case of severe weather conditions that may compromise the safe operation of equipment (such as thunderstorms, rain, snow, hail, fog, heavy rain, or typhoons), some large outdoor amusement rides will be temporarily suspended, and park performances may be canceled or partially canceled.
Admission ticket purchase quantity instructions
1. The same valid ID can be used to purchase a maximum of 3 admission tickets for the same park/circus venue on the same date, and up to 30 tickets in the same calendar year (excluding child tickets).
2. If multiple admission tickets are purchased for the same date and the same park/circus venue using the same ID, the ID holder must use one of the admission tickets to enter, and accompanying visitors booked with the same ID must also enter at the same time as the ID holder after ticket verification.
3. Annual pass holders should not use their own ID to purchase tickets for others if they wish to enter with their annual pass.
4. Chimelong Resort reserves the right to pursue legal action against any purchaser who uses the admission ticket for resale or any other illegal commercial purposes.
Entry method
1. To enhance the visitor experience, ensure the rights of ticket purchasers, and achieve safe, orderly, and fast park entry, Chimelong Resort requires entry with original valid ID. Visitors must bring the original valid ID that matches their booking, and entry will be granted after verification of both the person and the ID. Valid IDs include: Mainland Resident ID Card, passport, Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, and PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card. Please ensure that the ID information for the visitor/user entered during booking is accurate, true, and complete. The user will be responsible for any inability to verify, use, or enter the park, or any losses incurred due to false or incorrect information provided. *For child visitors, please use the ID of an accompanying adult visitor for booking and enter the park with that adult visitor.
2. Visitors enjoying ticket discounts must present the following original valid identification documents for age verification upon entry if age-based ticket validation is required. Mainland Chinese visitors should present their Chinese mainland ID card. Visitors from Hong Kong and Macau should present their Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents or Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents. Visitors from Taiwan should present their Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. Visitors from other countries and regions should present a valid passport. If you do not meet the applicable standards, you will be required to pay the price difference for the applicable ticket.
If a visitor is unable to verify their ticket on the day of the visit due to forgotten, lost, or damaged ID, they must present an alternative photo ID with the same ID number used during booking (such as a temporary ID card, driver's license, or social security card) at the respective park or circus ticket office for identity verification and ticket collection.
Visitors under 16 years old must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 years or above.

Chimelong Tourist Resort currently implements online ticket collection for park entry. Guests are advised to sign in to the following ticket collection link on their mobile phones (you can try clicking directly or copying the link to your mobile browser to sign in), and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the relevant information to generate a QR code for park entry.

(1) If the ticket collection code is a standard "7-digit number," guests should sign in to the online ticket collection link via mobile: https://xzx.chimelong.com/scenicReserve. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the ticket collection code and the last 4 digits of the mobile number to generate a QR code for park entry.
(2) If the ticket collection code is "1111111," guests must present their purchase ID at the park's ticket window to exchange for a paper ticket for entry.
(3) If the ticket collection code is "0000000," guests can directly present their purchase ID at the park entrance to scan their ID for entry.
