• Confirmation is received instantly upon booking.
• Tours may be operated by a multilingual guide.
• Moderate walking is involved; comfortable shoes are recommended.
• The tour includes approximately 2 hours inside the favela. The total 3-hour duration includes pickups and drop-offs.
• Camera-equipped sunglasses or recording devices are not permitted.
• The 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM tours do not include pickup from Copacabana or Ipanema. Participants must travel to the meeting point.
• Tours run rain or shine and are never canceled due to weather.
• All tours are led by local guides. Groups of 10+ participants are accompanied by an additional local assistant to ensure safety and a smooth experience.
