GUIDE TO BOOKING FEES & OPTIONS
Logistics & Exclusive Services: Reaching the lodge involves a complex multi-leg transfer: speedboat (Negro/Solimões rivers), van, and canoe.
Exclusive Schedule: Group departure is at 9:30 AM. Return to Manaus (Ceasa Port) is at 4:30 PM. If you miss these slots due to flight delays, need to arrive in Manaus before 4:30 PM, or prefer a custom time, a private logistics operation must be chartered. Select the "Exclusive Schedule" add-on when booking; otherwise, a rescheduling fee applies.
Pickup (Hotel/Airport): We offer Hotel or Airport Pickup as an optional convenience upgrade for a seamless, stress-free connection to our meeting point at Ceasa Port. Select this add-on to avoid arranging your own transport.
Check-out: Rooms must be vacated at 12:00 PM; departure from the lodge is at 1:00 PM.
