- Ticket Eligibility This ticket is valid for all markets — domestic and international visitors
- The ticket is valid only on the selected date and time slot
- Advance booking of at least 24 hours is required
- Participants must be between 5 and 65 years old
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire activity at all times
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, seniors, or guests with serious medical conditions including heart disorders, epilepsy, or severe back and neck injuries
- Tickets are non-transferable and for the registered participant only
- They may not be resold, shared, or passed on to any other person under any circumstances
- Advance booking of at least 24 hours is mandatory
- The operator cannot guarantee activity availability for bookings made within this minimum notice period
- Attraction Access All participants must attend the mandatory safety briefing before the activity begins and follow all guide instructions throughout the entire rafting route at all times

- Full payment or a confirmed voucher is required before the tour commences.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot for a 100% full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours, or failure to arrive (No-Show), will be charged in full (non-refundable).
- Force Majeure (Weather): If river water levels are deemed unsafe by our safety team due to heavy rain, the activity will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
3. Age & Physical Restrictions- This activity is suitable for beginners, but not recommended for pregnant women, seniors, or guests with serious medical conditions (e.g., heart disorders, epilepsy, or severe back/neck injuries).
- The allowable age limit for participants is 5 to 65 years old. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Participant Responsibilities- Participants must strictly follow the safety briefings and instructions given by the guides at all times.
- Guests are advised to bring a change of clothes, a towel, swimwear/shorts, and sunscreen.
- The management is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings (e.g., phones, cameras, jewelry) brought onto the river. Using a secure waterproof pouch is highly recommended.
