- This ticket is valid for travelers aged 11 years and above (eligibility is determined based on the traveler's age on the travel date, calculated from their date of birth)
- If a cancellation request is submitted before 8:00 AM (local time), 1 days prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged
- Partial refund is not available
- IMPORTANT NOTICE Please ensure that you are waiting in the hotel lobby on time during the pick-up period and do not leave the area
- If the driver is unable to locate you upon arrival, they will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes before departing
- No refund will be provided if the service cannot be completed due to the guest's absence
- If the pick-up or drop-off information provided cannot be matched to an accurate address, your booking may be cancelled
