The city’s Cultural Zone consists of Spodek, the International Congress Centre, the seat of the new Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, and the underground Silesian Museum (tickets not included). In summer, the observation deck of the tower shaft is open to visitors, subject to weather conditions. An adult ticket costs 5 pln.
