During the booking process, you can choose between two pickup options: direct pickup from your hotel / apartment or pickup from a designated meeting point located in the center of Krakow.
Pickup is scheduled between 7:30–09:00 depending on your location in Krakow. The exact pickup time is confirmed the day before the tour by WhatsApp or SMS by 7pm.
Pickup will be from the address you selected during booking. If your address is within a restricted traffic zone, we will arrange the nearest possible pickup location for your convenience.
