The Krakow Card can be collected from Krakville Tours at Sienna 17 between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
The card is activated when the physical card is picked up, signed by the user, and the start date is completed.
You can activate the card on a day other than the day it is picked up.
A full list of museums will be attached to your City Pass.
Children up to 3-years-old receive free admission to all museums and public transportation
The last admission to exhibitions is usually 90 minutes before closing time
Some of the museums are closed on Mondays
Please check the opening hours of each and every museum so that you can plan your sighseeing accordingly, we as a provider of a card do not have influence over museum's opening hours and it's avaibility on certain dates.
