1. Age & Health Eligibility
Participants must be between 6 and 65 years old to be eligible for the rafting route and the included insurance policy.
This activity is strictly not permitted for pregnant women, individuals with a history of severe back/neck injuries, recent surgeries, or major heart conditions.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure time qualify for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip, or failure to show up at your confirmed arrival/pickup window (No Show), are non-refundable and will be billed at full price.
3. Weather Discretion
Rafting operates rain or shine (the jungle views are often spectacular in the tropical rain). However, if severe upstream weather causes water levels to exceed safety limits, Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to delay or cancel the tour. If canceled by the operator for safety reasons, a full refund or free rescheduling will be provided.
4. Liability & Insurance Protection
Every admission ticket includes standard personal accident insurance covered by the operator. Please note that this policy exclusively covers medical emergencies resulting from injuries sustained on the river; it does not cover loss, theft, or water damage to cameras, mobile phones, or personal jewelry.
