2. Booking & Cancellation Policy- Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity, or a "No Show," will be charged 100% of the total booking fee.
3. Weather & Safety Alterations- Rafting is an all-weather activity (it’s even cooler in the rain!). However, in the event of extreme weather conditions or unsafe river water levels, Green Bali Rafting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip for your safety. A full refund will be offered if we cancel due to safety concerns.
