Our husky tours are run from an authentic, secluded family farm — far from the mass-tourism kennels — ensuring your experience is genuine, personal, and unforgettable.
You’ll begin with pickup from your Rovaniemi accommodation in one of our brand-new 2025 Ford Tourneo 4×4 vans, designed for maximum comfort with leather interiors, heated seating, and extra legroom. After a scenic drive, you’ll arrive at the husky farm, where our friendly dogs wait to meet you.
Before the ride, your guide will provide full instructions and a demonstration. Then, step onto your sled and take the reins of your husky team. The safari (approx. 5–8 km) carries you through snow-covered forests and across frozen lakes, with only the sound of sled runners and eager huskies breaking the Arctic silence. Halfway, you can switch drivers to share the thrill.
When you return, gather by the fire for hot drinks and grilled sausages — a traditional Lapland barbecue. This is your moment to relax, take photos, and ask your guide about life with huskies in the Arctic.
With certified, first-aid trained guides, small groups of max 8 guests, and everything operated in-house, Arctic GM ensures your husky adventure is safe, authentic, and unforgettable.
