After meeting the guide and boarding the bus, begin your guided tour of Geiranger and the UNESCO World Heritage area. Sit back and relax as you make your way to Flydalsjuvet, one of Norway’s most photographed viewpoints. Continue to the spectacular Djupvatn Lake and reach the top of the famous mountain Dalsnibba, at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level*. Make a stop at Eagle Bend and soak up the breathtaking views of Geiranger village, the Geirangerfjord, and the Seven Sisters Waterfall. Drive up the serpentine Eagle Road for one-of-a-kind photo opportunities of the Geirangerfjord. As you explore, your guide will provide insightful commentary about the area and its history. Finally, enjoy a punctual return to the terminal in time for your cruise departure.
*Important Information: Nibbevegen (road that goes off from mainroad and up to Dalsnibba highest point) is closed during wintertime. Opening time is scheduled in May and will depend on weather conditions. We may have to skip this stop if its still not open.
