What to expect
Canoeing can give you the chance to relax and unwind surrounded by striking natural landscapes. Following a safety briefing, qualified guides will introduce you to the techniques needed to manoeuvre successfully around the lake.
Your experience will combine interesting scenery with the chance to encounter local wildlife. The guides will also share stories and impart knowledge about the area. These sessions are great for any ability or age.

Terms & conditions
• All minors under 18 years of age participating in this activity must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the activity
• Due to the nature of the canoeing session, participation by the parent or guardian is required
The Stawell Yacht Club has toilets and drinking water available on site.
What to bring
Clothing - It can get quite sunny on the water so think SunSmart. Make sure everything you plan to wear is quick-drying and avoid cotton.
Rashie or other sun-protective shirt
Board shorts or bathers
Hat
Sunglasses - with a strap if you have one!
Water shoes, sandals or old runners -something you don’t mind getting wet and won’t fall off if you fall in! (no thongs!)

A positive attitude - While you might fall in, you will have fun!
You can bring your phone on your activity - make sure that it is in a waterproof case and you do so at your own risk.
