• Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes — sandals, high heels, and flip-flops are not permitted on the balloon
• The tour is not suitable for pregnant women, wheelchair users, or guests with blood pressure or cardiorespiratory conditions
• By government regulation, you must provide your full name, weight, and health conditions before the flight
• The maximum weight allowed per passenger is 150 kg; guests weighing over 100 kg may incur an additional per-kilo charge
