- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure (for guided tours or cruises).
- Food and beverages are generally not included unless otherwise specified.
- Check in advance whether admission to Urquhart Castle or a Loch Ness cruise is included in your ticket.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes, as some areas have uneven paths and slopes.

- The departure point is 9 miles (14 km) away from Inverness City Centre and will require you to use your car or to take a local bus Children under 5 join for free, but still require a ticket.
- Please ensure you select the Infant (0-4) option.
- Cancellation Policy: On cancellation of an Individual cruise/tour booking the client shall be entitled to a refund of 80% of any price paid if notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the cruise/tour date. If notice of cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to the cruise/tour date, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund.
