What to expect
Get picked up from Reykjavik for your snowmobile adventure on Langjökull Glacier:
At your selected bus stop between
08:00 – 08:30 - TOUR 10:30
OR
10:30 – 11:00 - TOUR 13:00.
The drive to Húsafell takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Upon arrival, meet your local guides and receive your gear - helmet, gloves, buff, and warm overalls (it’s still recommended to wear warm layers under, as Icelandic weather can be freezing).
From Húsafell, you’ll ride a modified super jeep to the edge of the glacier. Here, you’ll get safety instructions for your snowmobile and the glacier.
Then the unforgettable adventure begins: ride across the breathtaking Langjökull Glacier, take in stunning views, and feel the thrill of being on top of Iceland’s majestic nature. Photo opportunities are included to capture these memories.
Terms & conditions
Participants will be provided with helmets, gloves, and warm overalls (we still recommend wearing layers, as Icelandic weather can be freezing).
Rate is per person, based on two people sharing one snowmobile.
Solo rider supplement available on-site, subject to availability.
