The first part of the journey takes you along the coast to the charming village of Húsavík, known as Iceland’s whale watching capital. From there, we continue to the Tjörnes Peninsula where dramatic cliffs rise above the Arctic Ocean, offering sweeping views and a chance to spot puffins during the summer season. The adventure then moves inland to some of Iceland’s most powerful natural landscapes. Ásbyrgi Canyon welcomes you with its vast horseshoe shape, peaceful woodland, and towering cliffs filled with legend and geology. Not far away, Dettifoss reveals its raw strength as Europe’s most powerful waterfall, where glacial water crashes deep into a rugged canyon with incredible force. As we continue through the volcanic heart of the north, we enter the geothermal area of Námaskarð, where steaming vents, bubbling mud pools, and colorful mineral-rich earth create an otherworldly setting.
