Walk between the continents as the plates slowly drift apart, and immerse yourself in the historical and geological significance of this remarkable location.
Geysir Geothermal Area: Continue to the Geysir geothermal region, home to the famous Strokkur geyser, which erupts every 4 to 8 minutes, shooting boiling water up to 30 meters into the air in a spectacular natural display.
Gullfoss Waterfall: Visit the majestic Gullfoss, or "Golden Falls," where the Hvítá River plunges dramatically into a 32-meter-deep canyon, creating one of Iceland’s most breathtaking waterfalls.
Friðheimar Greenhouse: Experience Iceland’s innovative sustainable farming at the greenhouse. Here, you’ll have the chance to enjoy their delicious homemade tomato soup, made from fresh, locally grown tomatoes (meals not included).
Kerið Crater: End your tour with a visit to Kerið, a volcanic crater lake with strikingly vibrant blue waters. Located in the Grímsnes area, this natural wonder is a must-see on the Golden Circle route. Please note that admission is 600 ISK per person (not included, paid at location).
