• Northern Lights sightings are not always guaranteed. If unforeseen circumstances prevent viewing the activity provider offers another tour within two years of your original tour
• If your tour is cancelled due to bad weather, you may re-book for another evening free of charge or receive a full refund
• Photos will be sent via email. Please note it can take up to 3 days process
• We aim to inform you via email before 18:30 if your tour is cancelled
