What to expect
Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel in Reykjavik. Travel along the South Coast of Iceland, stopping at the Seljalandsfoss waterfall. Walk behind the waterfall and take stunning photos. Just a 5-minute walk from Seljalandsfoss, discover the hidden Gljúfrabúi waterfall in a canyon.
Continue to Skogafoss, a mighty waterfall visible from the road. Walk up the staircase that winds up the grassy slope beside the waterfall to catch some spectacular views of the waterfall and Iceland's South Coast. On a sunny day, both waterfalls will be covered by splendid rainbows.
Next, visit the cliffs of Dyrholaey and Reynisfjara, the famous black sand beach with basalt columns and caves. Finally, stop in Vík, a charming fishing village on the coast, famous for its volcanic beaches and sea stacks. From there, return to Reykjavik.
