As the tour is highly dependent on weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel departures up until 18:15 on the day of the tour. If the tour is cancelled by the operator due to poor weather conditions, customers will receive a full refund or may rebook for another date.
If the tour takes place but no Northern Lights are seen, refunds are not issued. Instead, customers are offered unlimited free re-tries on the Northern Lights Minibus tour, valid for up to 3 years. Our Customer Care team will assist with booking any retry.
