Start your journey with a pickup from your accommodation or a nearby authorized meeting point in Reykjavik. Head to Thingvellir National Park, where you’ll walk between the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates. Learn about the park’s history and take in the stunning landscapes.
Next, visit the Geysir Geothermal Area, home to Iceland’s most famous geysers. Watch Strokkur erupt every few minutes, shooting boiling water high into the air. Stroll among bubbling water pools, clear geothermal springs, and steam vents.
Continue to Gullfoss, one of Iceland’s most iconic waterfalls. Watch as glacial waters from Langjökull, Iceland’s second-largest glacier, plummet into the depths below. Whether you visit in summer, winter, spring, or fall, Gullfoss never fails to be mesmerizing.
