• Northern Lights sightings are not always guaranteed. If unforeseen circumstances prevent viewing the activity provider offers another tour within two years of your original tour
• If your tour is cancelled due to bad weather, you may re-book for another evening free of charge or receive a full refund
• Photos from the night will be sent to your email. Please note they can take up to 3 days to process
• We aim to send out a email before 18:30 in case of cancellation.
