Swimming takes place offshore without disembarkation. Guests acknowledge this & should ensure they can swim comfortably in open water
Punctuality is the customer's responsibility. The boat departs on schedule, and we cannot delay for late arrivals
For the safety and well-being of passengers and crew, the captain reserves the right to alter the route and schedule
Tours are weather-dependent. If canceled due to adverse conditions as advised by the port authorities, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Please note that weather at sea may differ from conditions on land
If the port authority permits sailing despite non-ideal weather, the booking and cruise remain valid
Staff may ask guests to exit the water if conditions or swimming ability pose a risk
Staff may refuse alcohol service if it poses a risk to the guest or others, including intoxication or inappropriate behavior
