All passengers must provide 1) Full name, 2) Passport or ID number, 3) Date of birth, 4) Nationality & 5) Gender while booking. Please note that your personal information is shared exclusively with the Port Authority for safety and regulatory purposes and will not be disclosed to any other third party.
The cruise is subject to weather conditions and may be postponed or canceled in case of unfavorable weather. In such cases, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided.
You must have the Passports/IDs ( or photos/copies of them) with you for check in before entering the boat. Please make sure to have provided the correct information.
If you have booked separately from your group/friends/family please let us know so you are distributed in the same boat.
