What to expect
Explore the legendary Lérins Islands on an immersive expedition combining kayaking, history, wilderness, and snorkeling, just a stone's throw from Cannes.
You'll meet your live guide on the golden sands of Palm Beach, where you'll embark on a gentle and safe kayak crossing to Sainte-Marguerite Island, one of the pearls of the French Riviera.
Once on the island, it's time for a walking exploration: a stroll through the eucalyptus and maritime pine forests leads you to Fort Royal, the former prison of the Man in the Iron Mask. Your live guide will tell you about the mysteries of this place steeped in history.
Afterwards, you will have free time to:
• Swim in protected and uncrowded coves,
• Snorkel around the Cannes Underwater Ecomuseum, which is suitable even for beginners,
• Observe the local wildlife (peacocks, seabirds, fish) in an unspoiled environment.
A gourmet, artisanal picnic is served on a hidden beach (if you choose the option at an additional cost). The place is perfect for resting, savoring the moment, laughing together, and sunbathing, lulled by the lapping of the waves (morning option 10 am - 2 pm), with a view of the turquoise waters and the red peaks of the Estérel.
Around 7 pm (afternoon option), a festive aperitif (cured meats, French cheeses, homemade hummus, fresh vegetables, etc.) awaits you to end this magical moment (if you choose the additional option) before slowly returning to the sea, following the golden light of the afternoon to return to Cannes

Please note: This tour is physically demanding. It takes place on the open sea, under the sun with glare, and requires a good level of fitness. It is a pre-requisite that you know how to swim and be comfortable in a kayak. Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and enough water to stay hydrated throughout the tour. Make sure you are rested and ready to face the heat and exertion to make the most of this experience.
