What to expect
Immerse yourself in the heart of a family-run Champagne estate located just 15 minutes from Reims, on the Massif de Saint-Thierry, a still little-known terroir and a true jewel of Champagne, where the dominant grape variety is Pinot Meunier.
In a small group and guided by a family member, this experience introduces you to the profession of winemaker and all the stages of champagne production, from the vineyard to the cellar.
You will explore the vineyards, the press, the vat house, and the cellars of the estate, and gain a concrete understanding of the production methods as well as the work on the land throughout the seasons.
The experience also highlights our commitment to more environmentally friendly agriculture and the challenges of this conversion.
The tour ends with a commented tasting of the estate's Champagnes, held in a special location with a breathtaking view of the vineyards, a unique natural setting, or indoors depending on the weather conditions to ensure a comfortable experience.
