What to expect
During this walk in the middle of the vineyard located on the heights of Pouilly-le-Monial, in the heart of the Pierres Dorées, Laurence will show you vines cultivated in different ways, varied landscapes, and historical heritage (cadole, castle, village).
You will be able to see the demanding work of the vine (from its awakening to the grape harvest) amplified by organic and biodynamic practices, with the aim of creating atypical wines with character.
After a visit to the winery cellar, where you will be shown the vinification process and, in particular, the ageing in amphorae, you will be able to taste up to 5 wines from the Cédric Vincent estate from the following range: Beaujolais whites and reds, St Amour, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent, and Bourgogne Blanc.
